Fat Loss

My philosophy centers around prioritizing strength training and optimizing dietary habits. Rather than prescribing quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I tailor each program to the individual, ecognizing that every body is unique and deserves personalized attention. Through strategic strength training, we not only torch calories during workouts but also lay the foundation for a leaner, more metabolically active physique.

Many of my clients aren't categorized as "overweight" by conventional standards, yet they yearn to redefine their bodies—to carve out lean muscle, trim stubborn fat, and cultivate a physique that exudes strength and vitality. Recognizing that each individual possesses unique goals and starting points, I approach their transformation journey with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to meet them where they are.

About Me

My name is Ryan Shimizu, I started in the fitness industry over 14 years ago and have devoted my life to it. I live in Manhattan Beach CA, lead an active lifestyle and am always looking for ways to improve my craft. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach.

From starting out in big commercial gyms, small boutique training gyms, parks, beaches and finally in my own private studio. I have trained everyone from soccer moms to A-list celebrities and consider myself lucky to share my passion for health and fitness with all my clients and am excited to share it with you.
